What is required to use Stratus ID?
Stratus ID was developed around Windows Azure Active Directory, both for single sign-on (SSO) and for user management. Because of this, and no matter where user objects originate from, Windows Azure Active Directory is required.  WAAD is free to use for up to 100,000 objects.  Please contact us if you require more information about this.

For specific integration plans, a special piece of software may be required called the Stratiform Connector. This small piece of software executes Stratus ID tasks for onboarding and account changes on premise for your company.

How often am I billed?
For monthly plans, billing occurs every month from when an integration was activated. For yearly plans, billing occurs every year from when the plan was activated.

What happens when I deactivate a plan?
If the plan is deactivated, you are billed for the entire period of the plan length. Plans are not prorated.  If you reactivate a deactivated plan, you are not rebilled.  The plan will remain activate and you will be rebilled from when the plan was originally activated and first billed.
